Art Direction

Though he attended California Institute of the Arts with the goal of becoming a film maker, Beau L'Amour pursued a broad education in all the visual arts. In the end the study of painting and photography paid off even more significantly than anything having to do with film. Working freelance and with companies like Bantam Books, Random House, and Dell Magazines, Beau had the opportunity to work alongside legendary art directors like Len Leone, James Plumari, and Paolo Pepe, as well as great Commercial and Comic Book artists like Gregory Manchess, Jim Dietz, Richard Tuschman, Gordon Crabbe, Thomas Yeates and Mike Grell.
